Our Founder
Hi, I’m Tim Lawson, an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach, based in the UK.
Over the years I have made extensive use of methodologies in my work, following a structured set of tools and techniques in order to get a better outcome. This has been incredibly successful.
Now, I have founded The Method Academy as a platform where you can learn the techniques, using proven steps to deliver results.
Each course is based on a method that I have created specifically to assist with easy implementation.
My first method, the Cost Reduction Method, is now available as an online course, see right and below. This helps people in business deliver lower costs.
