Refund Policy

Overview

As all our products are digital in nature, there are some limits to the availability of refunds. Pleas see the sections below for details of each product type.

Refunds for Course Products

Our policy for all course products is that wish you to be delighted with your course and if you are not then we will refund the course fee in full if you let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your course must have been purchased through our web site using the payment cart provided.

Refunds for Consulting Products

If you have purchased a Consulting Add-On product to go with your course then this will only be refunded if you have not started to take the consultancy hours and it is within 30 days of the original purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be given for part used consultancy hours.

Refunds for Digital Downloads

Once a customer has downloaded a digital product such as a document or template, unfortunately it is not possible to issue a refund due to the nature of this type of product.
